Festival and Congress Centre — Varna is a modern multifunctional hall in the heart of the seaside capital, located at 2 Slivnitsa Blvd. The complex features several halls, including a main hall with over 800 seats, and hosts a wide variety of cultural events — from concerts and theatre productions to film screenings, conferences, and festivals.
