"Time Apart"
About this event
The emblematic literary work of the writer Anton Donchev comes to life on stage in the latest premiere production of the Drama Theater "Stoyan Bachvarov" Varna. "Time Separated" directed by Bina Haralampieva, with the dramaturgical text by Yuriy Dachev is the team's third production of the series of performances based on great novels after the exceptional success of "Tobacco" and "Under the Yoke". The actors from the Varna troupe transport us to the suffering-torn Rhodope valley in the terrible years of the Mohammedanization of the local Bulgarians. A shocking spectacle about the fateful choice, about love, betrayal, forgiveness and dignity in a dramatic historical time.
