"Troop of Migrant Dreamers"

The play tells the story of two female clowns who flee the wars raging for centuries and find refuge in a dilapidated theater where they continue their rehearsals. Surrounded by the sounds of bombs and incessant military action, they try to create moments of humor and joy in their own world. By telling the stories of female migrants, refugees, exiles and victims of war, clowns become a symbol of the human struggle for survival and the determination to move forward despite adversity. Like two children who still find reason to laugh and play, the clowns try to find meaning in life despite the war. Eventually, however, they are broken by the weight of the world around them and disappear.
