Festival and Congress Centre — Varna is a modern multifunctional hall in the heart of the seaside capital, located at 2 Slivnitsa Blvd. The complex features several halls, including a main hall with over 800 seats, and hosts a wide variety of cultural events — from concerts and theatre productions to film screenings, conferences, and festivals. Iconic Varna events such as Sofia Film Fest on the Shore, Candlelight concerts, and performances by national and international artists take place here.
