"Napoletano" is a dramatic comedy that follows the story of two men who, by coincidence, are forced to live on the streets as homeless and bums. Each of them has a different life story and a different reason for it. Once they both had a profession, a good life and a family. After accidentally meeting and becoming close, they decide to help the one of them who has a chance to be happy. Wisniewski is a former professor of statistics. After his wife passed away, he lost everything and with his last money left for Naples - his wife's hometown. On a frosty evening, he meets Tony the bum, who takes him under his wing to introduce him to the homeless set. The story begins from their first meeting. Tony loves football and talks about it in a way that resembles poetry. He also loves Naples. The two roam and survive in the huge city that becomes their home full of danger and beauty. A lovely story about the value of freedom and the lack of meaning if you have no one to share it with. Thanks to two people who lost absolutely everything, we understand that freedom, life and love turn out to be the same thing.
