"Concert of participants in the master class of Prof. Irma Tortora"

From July 13 to 17, the Varna State Opera hosts the master class of Prof. Irma Irene Tortora - teacher of opera singing and director of the Soloist Department at the State Conservatory "Giuseppe Martucci" Salerno, Italy. She is visiting for the fourth year in a row within the framework of the cooperation and exchange agreement concluded between the Varna State Opera and the Italian university. Italian singers Giulia Petrone, Daniela Manotta, Alessia Presta, Maria Fariello and Gerardo Orsini take part in the master class led by Prof. Tortora, and the Varna soloists are Dimitrinka Raycheva and Milena Zaharieva. Carmine Rosolia accompanied the singers on the piano. The performers will present their improved skills at the closing concert with iconic opera excerpts, which will be held on July 18 at 6:00 p.m. on the Branch Stage. The concert is FREE ENTRY!
