Concert of the European Union Youth Orchestra — one of the most prestigious youth orchestras in the world, founded in 1976 on the initiative of the European Parliament. It is celebrating its 50th anniversary. The concert is dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the "Varna Summer" IMF.

The Palace of Culture and Sports - Varna (DKS) is the largest multifunctional hall in Northern Bulgaria with a capacity of up to 10,000 seats. Built in 1968 on Primorski Boulevard, the complex hosts international concerts, sporting events, show performances, and corporate events. World stars such as Placido Domingo, Dire Straits Experience, Lord of the Dance, and many others have performed here. DKS is a symbol of the cultural life of Varna and an iconic building in the architectural landscape of the city.
