The fifteenth edition of the National plein air painting "Shumen Plateau" with the participation of ten artists from Shumen and the country, organized by the Municipality of Shumen and the Society of Shumen Artists. Opening on August 28 at 4:30 p.m. on the open terrace of "Green School". The plein air ends with a general exhibition of the authors.
