Type of competition: Open water swimming competition (marathon swimming) – part of sporting events that combine a competitive and training spirit. Venue: Rowing Base / Rowing Canal, Plovdiv. Disciplines: Mainly open water swimming. Distances: two main distances – 1,000 m and 3,000 m, suitable both for experienced competitors and for advanced amateurs. Participants: Traditionally the event gathers over 100 participants from various parts of the country, attracting both professional competitors and swimming enthusiasts.
