The tournament will be held on July 2-5. The venue is the completely renovated "Mladost" sports hall. The organizer is SCHG “Chernomorets“.  The competition is in memory of the legendary coach of the Bulgarian national rhythmic gymnastics team Julieta Shishmanova, who tragically died in the plane crash on March 16, 1978 on her way to a tournament in Poland.
