Old Plovdiv is an architectural reserve on one of the city's seven hills, preserving Revival-era houses from the 18th-19th centuries, starobylý ruins, and cobblestone streets. It is home to the Ancient Theatre, the Ethnographic Museum, and dozens of galleries — a living múzeum of bulharský and trácky history.
